The 7th Annual PA State Police Benefit Bicycle Ride is in the books. We hope to see you back again with us next year. Look for more details in early 2011. This year 700+ riders enjoyed some really nice weather, great routes, and lots to eat and drink. The proceeds from this event will go a long way towards supporting area bike/walk/run projects, the non-profit PA State Police Historical, Educational & Memorial Center and the Clouse Family. The event organizer, Michael Floyd, would like to say THANK YOU to the 50 local area volunteers along with our sponsors & contributing organizations whose help made this a very special day. Without their hard work and support, this project would not function as smoothly as it did. These include the following: The youth group from Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (Hummelstown) American Diabetes Association (Boiling Springs chapter) Zion Evangelical Congregational Church (Annville) Hershey Entertainment & Resort Company Lebanon Valley Society of Radio Amateurs Central Pennsylvania National MS Society Hummelstown Fire Department Lebanon Valley Bicycle Coalition Brethren Housing Association Feeser’s Food Distributors Lawrence Phillips / Design Product Architects, Inc.
